Dear Colleagues:

I hope this correspondence reaches you well.  My name is Nakpangi Thomas. The Association for Humanistic Counseling and I are excited to share an opportunity with your organization.  I am chairing the Exhibitors and Sponsors Committee for the upcoming 2018 Association of Humanistic Counseling Conference.  This year’s conference will be May 31- June 3, 2018, at the Hilton St. Petersburg Downtown Bayfront, Florida. Our theme is “Humanism in Action.”

We believe the conference provides your organization an opportunity for significant visibility, considering how your work closely aligns with the aims of the AHC conference.  We anticipate drawing close to 200 registrants, which will include counseling faculty, practitioners, and students from the region and the greater United States.

We hope you will consider becoming an exhibitor or sponsor of an event at the AHC conference.  We have enclosed a detailed prospectus to inform you of all of the exhibitor and sponsorship options for your consideration, and are available to discuss the options further.  We can be reached via phone (248-499-3399).  We can also be reached via email (professionalcounselor2011@yahoo.com).

We look forward to hearing from and working with you.
